About Meadow View Learning Centre

Located in the North West, our fully integrated therapeutic, education and care enables young people to realise their full potential, whilst developing their social and emotional resilience for the next chapter in their lives. The unique characteristic of our integrated provisions are the delivery of wraparound education, therapy and care to all children and young people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

A big warm welcome to our website

Our aim at Meadow View Learning Centre it to help our young people feel safe and happy within their learning environment. We strive to create a timetable and curriculum that meets the individual needs of each pupil and helps break down barriers to learning. This enables them to achieving their full potential as they grow and develop a true sense of identity, as well as a mind-set that is positively focused on success

The excellent facilities on offer, both on our site and in the wider community, enable pupils to access a range of meaningful learning experiences which encourage them to explore the world around them. Our highly trained specialist staff offer high levels of support and encourage pupils to become independent, productive members of society.

Our integrated therapeutic approach

Here, children and young people live and learn with us. The unique characteristic of our integrated provision is the delivery of wrap around education, therapy and care to all children and young people, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The young people live in a children’s home located on the same site and attend the learning centre during the day in term time.

Key aspects of the homes’ approach to care include:

  • Well-planned, individual care plans focusing on the best outcomes for each young person
  • Supportive staffing teams trained to provide bespoke care
  • A nurturing environment where children can feel safe and valued
  • Access to a wide range of local leisure, social and cultural facilities in both a supported and semi-independent manner
  • Furnished and equipped to an outstanding standards, offering individual en-suite accommodation for each young person.
